Bringing the right people together has been a constant theme throughout my life and career.I’ve spent years building communities, connecting professionals, and guiding people through meaningful personal growth. Again and again, I found myself in the role of trusted advisor—someone people felt comfortable opening up to, especially when it came to relationships, communication, and life direction. Matchmaking is a natural extension of that work.My approach is grounded, intentional, and human. With a background in health and wellness, marketing, public service, and coaching, I bring both structure and intuition to the matchmaking process. I believe strong relationships are built on shared values, emotional maturity, communication, and mutual respect—not just chemistry or checklists.As a Certified Relationship Coach and Matchmaker, I’m proud to carry forward the Cara Matchmaking legacy while thoughtfully evolving it. Equally important to matchmaking experience is lived relationship experience. My husband, Shawn and I began dating in 1994 and married in 2002. Like any long-term partnership, our marriage has required effort, honesty, and growth—especially during challenging seasons. Staying committed through those moments gave me a deep understanding of what actually sustains a relationship over time. That perspective allows me to guide clients with realism, clarity, and compassion—without judgment or pressure.
Outside of work, I love spending time hiking with our rescue girl, Brook, as well as camping; motorcycles; going to the beach, kayaking, traveling; singing (I used to sing in local rock bands Black Rose and Sibling Rivalry); and having fun times with family and friends! I believe in living life to the fullest and I take every opportunity to do that!

We are located at 100 Gray Road, Falmouth, Maine in the Meadow Winds Integrative Wellness Center. In-person appointments must be scheduled in advance due to varied office hours.
Directions: Maine Turnpike Exit 53, at lights take a left onto Gray Road. Meadow Winds is located on the left after the next set of lights at the intersection of Leighton Road.
