Personalized Matchmaking:
Personalized Matches – We hand-select matches based on your values, lifestyle, emotional compatibility, and relationship goals—with a focus on long-term alignment, not surface-level attraction.
Background Check – Each matchmaking client undergoes a background check to help ensure safety, accountability, and peace of mind for everyone involved.
Personality Assessment – You'll complete a personalized assessment to help us understand your traits, communication style, and compatibility markers.
Date Guidance (Pre & Post Dates) – Receive support before and after each date. We help you set intentions, reflect on the experience, and adjust your mindset or strategy as needed—always with kindness and clarity.
Dating App Profile Review (if needed) – If you're using dating apps in addition to matchmaking, we’ll review and enhance your profile to ensure it reflects your authentic self and attracts the right energy.
Spiritual & Personal Growth Coaching – Throughout your journey, we’ll incorporate mindset tools, gratitude practices, and spiritual principles such as manifestation and the Law of Attraction to support you in calling in love from a grounded, empowered place.
Showcase Spotlight (Optional) – With your permission, we’ll highlight you anonymously in our private network or social media channels to expand your visibility and potential match pool.
Event Access & Invitations – Stay in the loop with upcoming Cara Matchmaking events and local singles events. Some gatherings will be exclusive to members, while others may offer discounted or complimentary admission for matchmaking clients.
Singles Network Membership:
The Cara Singles Network is ideal for individuals who may not be quite ready for personalized matchmaking or are a great fit but cannot be accepted as a matchmaking client at this time due to limited availability. It offers an opportunity to stay connected, continue your personal growth, and remain open to aligned romantic possibilities.
Background Check – To maintain a respectful and safe community, all members complete a background check upon joining.
Invitations to Events & Social Opportunities – Enjoy access to Cara Matchmaking-hosted events and local singles gatherings. Some events are exclusive to members, while others may offer discounted or complimentary admission.
Workshops for Personal & Relationship Growth – As a member, you'll be invited to monthly workshops that focus on the inner work of attracting and sustaining love. Topics may include:
- Self-awareness and emotional readiness for relationships
- Law of Attraction and manifestation techniques
- Mindset, energy alignment, and dating with intention
- Gratitude practices and emotional self-care
- Understanding dating patterns and conscious communication
Potential Matching Opportunities – As a member of the Singles Network, your profile will be entered into our private matchmaking database used to identify potential compatibility with active matchmaking clients. Profiles are for internal use only and will never be shared without your permission. If a potential match is identified, we’ll first schedule a call with you to get to know you beyond your written profile and confirm that the match is truly aligned—before sharing any information with the other person.
Priority Consideration for Matchmaking – When spots open up for personalized matchmaking, active members of the Singles Network, who are a strong fit, may be invited to upgrade into a full-service matchmaking package.

Honoring Our Founder & Former Owner
Cara Matchmaking was founded with heart and passion by Noreen Rochester who spent over 35 years helping people find meaningful love and connection.
Noreen poured her energy, care, and intuition into every match she made, building a community that trusted her not only as a matchmaker but as a true partner in their journey.
After decades of dedication, Noreen recognized it was time for her to step back — but she wanted to ensure her clients were in the hands of someone who shared her values and commitment. She wasn't willing to pass Cara Matchmaking to just anyone; she waited for the right person.
When the stars aligned, she found that person in Lynda Adams — someone who shares her heart for helping people and who brings a fresh vision to carry Cara Matchmaking into its next chapter.
Today, Cara Matchmaking continues with the same spirit of care, integrity, and connection that Noreen built — with new energy and opportunities for our vibrant community.

Throughout my career, one thing has always been true: I love bringing people together.
Whether it was connecting businesses through networking, creating a community through my health and wellness radio show, or helping people find confidence in themselves through coaching, building meaningful relationships has always been at the heart of everything I do.
With a background in health and wellness, marketing, and public service, I bring a unique, intuitive approach to matchmaking — blending experience, heart, and a deep belief that everyone deserves to find their person.
I’m honored to carry forward the Cara Matchmaking legacy and excited to offer new opportunities for connection through personalized matchmaking, events, and coaching.

Cara Matchmaking in the news
We are located at 100 Gray Road, Falmouth, Maine in the Meadow Winds Integrative Wellness Center. In-person appointments must be scheduled in advance due to varied office hours.
Directions: Maine Turnpike Exit 53, at lights take a left onto Gray Road. Meadow Winds is located on the left after the next set of lights at the intersection of Leighton Road.
